Fossil, the iconic American lifestyle brand, has announced the five remaining finalists for its global Tin Design Contest.
The five winners will each receive a cash prize and have their designs produced into actual tins, other top 30 finalists will also have their designs produced and displayed at Fossil stores and events throughout the year.
The global Tin Design Contest is apart of Fossil's ongoing celebration of their 30th Anniversary this year. Fossil received nearly 800 entries, and after narrowing down the list to the top 30, fans were then able to vote for their favorite design through Fossil's microsite: http://www.fossiltincontest.com.
The top 5 were chosen based on, originality, creativity and representation of Fossil's modern-vintage style and public appeal. The winners were announced on Fossil's social media channels.
The grand prize winner, Kristen Shirley of Indianapolis, Indiana received $5,000. Two first place winners, Devin Brown of Aurora, CO and Kevin Umana of Brampton, ON each received $2,500. Two second prize winners, Jessie Ayers, of Haltom City, TX and Antolin Chua of Richmond, BC received $1,000.
