With the way the economy is having you watch every penny you spend now is a good time to reread some of those great classic novels or start on a new book. Maybe you need some help finishing a project and don’t know what your next step should be. Your local Fort Worth Public Library with having sixteen locations makes obtaining the information you need or finding that great book easy to achieve. If you’re not into reading the library offers audio tapes for your listening pleasure or maybe you would like to watch a movie, all locations have a large selection of DVDs that can be check out. The Fort Worth Public library this month is offering a free concert for the public, preformed by the Fort Worth Guitar Guild; this will be held at the Central Library’s Tandy Lecture Hall, more information can be obtained by calling 817-871-READ. Also starting this month the AARP is providing free income tax preparation help at several locations.


The Fort Worth Public Library has a child friendly atmosphere in all of its locations, so bringing the kids is not a problem. Each Fort Worth Public Library is designed for all members of the family. So the next time you or a family member is bored and have no money to spend on entertainment a quick trip to the Fort Worth Public Library can end boredom with a variety of ways to entertain you and all members of the family. What they have to offer is easily obtained with a library card with no cost to Fort Worth residents, if not a local resident you can purchase a library card with different prices available depending on how many items you would like to check out.
