Fort Worth Halloween costume parties

Fred's Texas Café always knows how to party, and this Halloween is no exception.  Fred's will be handing out $50 for the sexiest and most original costumes. (Judging starts at 10). And don't forget about the kiddos; the best kid costume will receive $25. (Judging starts at 8.) Latin, rock, funk band Bubba Hernandez y los super vatos will be on the stage.

Spencer's Corner is another one of our favorite party bars.  On Halloween night, Poo Live Crew is performing and $500 both best and sexiest costume will be awarded.  There is no cover before 8 p.m. $2.50 wells and domestic drafts from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Fat Daddy's is one of downtown's newest and most happening bars.  They will host a costume contest on Halloween with over $1800 in cash prizes. No cover before 9 p.m. $2 wells and domestic drafts.

8.0s has downtown's largest patio. Join them Saturday night for live music from the Space Rockers and $750 in cash for best costume.

Head to Buttons Restaurant this weekend for their first annual Halloween party. There will be a costume contest with prizes and a late-night breakfast for everyone.

Headed to the Stockyard's to celebrate Halloween? Shuffle to Filthy McNasty's Costume Party Ball where they will award best male and female costumes $100. There is no cover, and there will be hourly drawings for t-shirts and koozies. Riverwood band will rock the house.

Join City Streets for the Nightmare on Commerce St. $1500 will be awarded in the costume contest.

Baker St is hosting Costume Night with cash prizes and no cover. Blue Moon pints are $4; pitchers are $13.

Downtown's Houston St. Bar & Patio will award prizes to the sexiest, best and overall costumes.
Sexiest: First Place $75. Second Place $50 Third Place $25
Best: First Place $75. Second Place $50 Third Place $25
Overall winner will receive a $100 gift card to Texas de Brazil.

Duke's is a short drive to Bedford, but it may just be worth your while for the prizes and drink specials. $2000 in cash prizes for the sexiest, scariest, most original and overall. Judging starts at 10 p.m. $5 pitchers, $3 jagers, $2 wells, $10 beer pongs, $4.50 jager bombs, $2 royal you-know-whats, $5 burgers.

The Scat Jazz Lounge is hosting "A Roaring Twenties Halloween".  There is no cover when dressed in themed 1920's costume, free Hors d'oeuvres from 8:00 - 10:00, 'Bathtub Gin' cocktail and Pumpkin Martini drink specials and $50 gift cards to Scat Jazz Lounge and Pirahna Killer Sushi to the best dressed couple.
