Fort Smith sports bars to broadcast NFL playoff games (Photos)

As football season comes to a close many gridiron fans in Fort Smith are eagerly anticipating the Super Bowl. However, before the big game is played at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, one question needs to be answered: who will be playing? That question will be answered on Sunday, January 20th as the American and National Conferences will play their championship games to determine who will be going to the Super Bowl.

Football fans nationwide know the importance of these games, and that is why many sports bars in Fort Smith will be broadcasting the AFC and NFC Championship games on Sunday, and a few will even be offering specials for die hard fans. Below is a list of the sports bars that are broadcasting the game. If a particular establishment is offering a special it will be listed after the contact information.

Applebee's, 6818 Rogers Avenue Fort Smith, AR 479-452-4112. Applebee's will be offering Game Day Brewskies for $3.43, Saloon Shots for $1.99 and Premium Shots for $4.99.

Buffalo Wild Wings, 6550 Rogers Avenue Fort Smith, AR 479-222-6700. Specials still to be determined at press time.

Chili's, 6720 Rogers Avenue Fort Smith, AR 479-452-6800. Chili's will be offering $1.00 off drafts and well drinks on Sunday, and food specials in the bar from 3 PM-6 PM an 9 PM-close.

Hooters, 6401 Rogers Avenue Fort Smith, AR 479-452-6132. Hooters will be offering Budweiser and Bud light drafts for $2.00.

Varsity's Sports Grill, 318 Garrison Avenue Fort Smith, AR 479-494-7173. Varsity's will be offering their Pizza and Beer Special. The special consists of a pitcher of Bud or Coors and a large one topping pizza for $13.99. Varsity's will also be offering their 16 oz draft beers for $2.00.
