On Sunday, December 15, Forney Championship Wrestling will be holding WWE style wrestling matches in an event they are calling Wreck The Halls. The organization is hoping those attending the show will bring a new, unwrapped toy for the Forney Lions' Club Angel Tree. Anyone bringing in a toy will receive $3 off the $10 admission price.

The event is being held at Outlaws Saloon at 10572 FM 2932 in Terrell. It is a family friendly show and all ages are welcome. The doors open at 2 pm and the wrestling bell rings at 3 pm. According to William Rigdon, “Forney Championship Wrestling is a professional wrestling organization that puts on family friendly entertainment to benefit local charities and organizations.” The matches take place about once a month at Outlaws Saloon, though the wrestling organization is hoping to have their own building soon.

The Forney Lions sponsor the Angel Tree every Christmas season. Though all the angels were adopted, often times people will forget to return the clothing and gifts for the angel they adopted. Events like the wrestling match will help cover the extra need. Form more information about the Forney Lions Club, go to their Facebook page HERE.
