Former teen idol, David Cassidy, was arrested on Jan. 10, 2014, for allegedly driving drunk, E! News has confirmed.

According to the report, this was his third DUI arrest.

E! notes the police report indicates that Cassidy, 63, was stopped by the California Highway Patrol after exiting the 405 freeway and turning right on a red light in violation of a sign that prohibited the move.

The document states that once stopped, Cassidy opened the door of his vehicle and the odor of alcohol was detected, therefore, he was given a field sobriety test and blew a .19, according to E!

The “Partridge Family” star was arrested in Nov. 2010 in Fort Pierce, Fla. after weaving across lanes on a state road and police finding a half-empty bottle of bourbon in his vehicle, E! reports. In Aug. 2013, outside of Albany, NY, Cassidy was arrested again after failing a sobriety test following a stop for driving with his high beams on during an inappropriate time, according to E!.
