The 2004 Libertarian Party presidential nominee, Michael Badnarik, is reported to be in serious condition this morning after suffering a heart attack in Madison, Wisconsin.
Mr. Badnarik was in Madison attending a hearing regarding a raw milk case and after leaving the hearing slumped over in the passenger seat of a friend's vehicle on their way to lunch. Friends attempted CPR before paramedics arrived and after the fourth attempt, his heart was revived, though with an erratic heart rate.
Michael Badnarik was taken by helicopter to a hospital in Lacrosse, Wisconsin where he was fitted with a temporary pacemaker and a balloon pump to ease stress on his heart. Friends are asked not to call or visit the hospital.
Mr. Badnarik has been working to educate people across the country about the U.S. Constitution, is president of the 2009 Continental Congress and is the author of Good to be King

Michael Badnarik is known to many in the Green Party as a courageous co-conspirator in the campaign for electoral integrity and for 9/11 Truth. Let us hope for his good health.
I hate to hear this. Michael has been a good friend to us Libertarians locally (in the DFW area in Texas). Hoping for the best for him... There is still a lot of injustice and trampled freedoms for him to fight.
