A former NFL cheerleader is in a lot of trouble after being charged with aggravated sexual battery for allegedly grabbing the penis of a 12-year-old boy outside of his pants. TMZ reports on Thursday, March 21, 2013, that the cheerleader didn't stop there because she then attempted to perform oral sex on him.
42-year-old Elizabeth Garner was also charged with solicitation of a minor for rape of a child. The former cheerleader used to carry the colors of the Tennessee Titans until cheering her last game back in 2009.
Let's not forget to mention that Garner is indeed married.
Law enforcement states that Garner is accused of following the 12-year-old boy to the bathroom during a party hosted by the boy's mother back in February. Garner then grabbed the penis of the child over his shorts and attempted to remove them in order to perform oral sex on him.

After the boy escaped from Garner, he went and told his mother what happened. At that point, she informed the authorities of what Garner did. Police say that Garner asked the boy if he had ever been with a woman.
A police interview conducted with Garner revealed that the former NFL cheerleader willingly admits to approaching the boy. She says she was drunk and confused him with an adult man from the party.
Garner was booked on $30,000 bond and could face more than eight years in prison if she is convicted.
