Moshe Benabou, a former Israeli soldier, is suing Justin Bieber for $420,000. According to a report from Gossip Cop on Jan. 10, the ex-Israeli soldier was assaulted by Justin Bieber.
Moshe Benabou was Justin Bieber's bodyguard when the award-winning singer assaulted him. Benabou claims that Justin Bieber hit him several times in the chest. In addition to suing Bieber for assault, Moshe Benabou is also seeking money for unpaid overtime.
Justin Bieber allegedly assaulted Moshe Benabou during an altercation over a member of Justin Bieber's entourage. Sources close to Justin Bieber is calling Moshe Benabou a “disgruntled employee.” Those sources say Moshe Benabou was fired after being caught in several lies, despite the fact that Benabou claims he was fired after being assaulted by Justin Bieber.
According to TMZ, Moshe Benabou worked for Justin Bieber from March 2011 until October 2012. Moshe Benabou was the bodyguard who had the confrontation with the photographer at the airport in Los Angeles.
