Former college kicker to host camp Saturday

Former Northview High School kicker Brian Jackson will be hosting the Team Jackson Kicking Camp for ages 9 and older on Saturday, July 16, at the Providence Christian School Football Field.

Registration will take place Saturday morning from 7 a.m. until 8 a.m. Central Time. The camp is scheduled to be completed at approximately 5 p.m. CT.

Pre-registration has already ended for the camp. However, those interested can still register on the day of the camp for $100.

Jackson, a Dothan native, was a successful kicker at NHS, Ball State University and in the Arena Football League. He will have a strong group of instructors including Troy University place-kicker Michael Taylor. Brian's brother J.J. Jackson and former Ball State snapper Mike Hay.

Soccer players who are interested in learning to adjust kicking a football are welcomed to the camp.
