Formation of M.A.A.A. (Maharashtrian American Adult Association)

My name is Amit Kshirsagar. I am a Freelance Journalist
from Ann Arbor, Michigan.
I have attended many of the B.M. M. (Brihan Maharashtra Mandal of North America/ Canada Conventions, since
it’s inception in 1983, and also many M.A.I.Y.T.R.A.
Conventions since it’s first Youth Conference in
Cincinnati, Ohio in 1994. Since M.A.I.Y.T.R. A. is targeted
only towards Marathi youths age 18-35, and since there is
no association specifically targeted towards Maharashtrian
American Adults ages 35-45+, who wish to learn to
read, speak Marathi, but feel left out of the main B.M.M.
Mandal of North America/Canada, because they cannot
do so properly, I would like to suggest to B.M.M. the formation
of a M.A.A.A. (Maharashtrian American Adults
Association) of North America/Canada.
