This is a great place for meeting up with friends and eating something different for a change. Private parties are welcomed, and BYOB is and added bonus.

I like the comment that they aren't in a rush, which is really important in a restaurant. Even if they want a high turnover, the illusion of allowing time is important.
Plan B is one of the most under rated restaurants in New Jersey. The staff is well seasoned and very accommodating and the chef is talented beyond his years. But the owner is by far the crown jewel of the place. He takes such pride in his establishment and it shows in everything he does and says while you are his guest.
