Everybody's favorite shop for trendy, chic and affordable clothing just celebrated its 30th birthday! Monday marked the 30th anniversary of Forever 21!

Founded in 1984 by CEO Don Chang, along with his wife, Mr. Chang had a vision to bring fashion to the masses. He started close to home with a 900 sq. ft. store called Fashion 21 in Highland Park, CA. Fast-forward 30 years, over 20 countries, 600+ stores, and Forever 21 is now counted among the most-loved and most-shopped fast-fashion destinations in the world.

"We're thrilled to be celebrating our 30th Anniversary," said Don Chang, "What started out 30 years ago as a single location retail store has grown into a business far exceeding our expectations; we are very proud of this accomplishment and beyond grateful to our customers and employees who helped us along this journey."

To celebrate their 30th Birthday, Forever 21 will be hosting many events all over the U.S and Canada beginning with a 30th Anniversary Instagram Challenge starting April 21 through May 11.

The grand prize winner will receive a dream wardrobe for a year valued up to $3,000, and 29 winners will each receive a $1,200 Forever 21 Gift Card!

Make sure to shop Forever 21 to celebrate 30 years of kick ass style! Happy Anniversary!
