High pressure is settling into the Ohio Valley region in the wake of the cold front which moved through this morning. This high pressure center is expected to settle in and stall to our west, with a deep upper trough now setting up over the eastern part of the country, will cause a stagnant pattern for several days, with cooler and dryer conditions expected through next weekend.
