The Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce and the Kansas City Area Development Council will host President & CEO of Ford Motor Company, Alan Mulally, on Thursday, September 16 when he will speak to the public about how he is leading Ford through the recession and how the company continues to stay at the top of the Big Three automakers using innovative business strategies.
Mulally took over as President & CEO in 2006, and continues to successfully steer Ford Motor Company despite everyday challenges. He will present at the Westin Crown Center Hotel, One East Pershing Road, Kansas City, MO during a luncheon that starts at 11:30 a.m. on the 16th.
Ford is the Kansas City metro's largest single manufacturing employer.
