Force Obama to Follow the Constitution

An effort is being launched this week to push a bill through the House of Representatives. The bill is HR 4138, the ENFORCE Act, which was just introduced last Tuesday.

This effort is part of a broader election-year strategy and timing is very important for this strategy to work. There are organizations and several Members of Congress working on this strategy as a lead up to the 2014 elections. Find out more on how passing HR 4138 will affect the 2014 elections here.

The ENFORCE Act of 2014 (Executive Needs to Faithfully Observe and Respect Congressional Enactments of the Law) was introduced last week by Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC). Mr. Gowdy is a former federal prosecutor; therefore, he knows constitutional law inside and out.

This Act states, very simply, that the Obama regime or any future Executive branch has to faithfully execute the laws enacted by Congress, as it states in Article II, Section 3 of the Constitution. If Obama or any of his regulators at the IRS, the EPA or any other Executive branch agency refuse to enforce laws enacted by Congress (such as laws governing the deportation of illegal aliens, rewriting Obamacare and more), the House can sue the Executive Branch, every time it happens.

Obama has been destroying our Christian-based constitutional form of government for five years now. He has refused to enforce the laws regarding the deportation of illegal aliens. Obama has rewritten Obamacare on his own multiple times, which the law prohibits him from doing. His federal lackeys in the Environmental Protection Agency, the National Labor Relations Board and other agencies have forced policies into place that Congress has refused to enact, which is destroying the very rule of law.

Some people will object to this campaign because they believe that HR 4138 has no chance of passing in the Senate. This bill does have a chance. Just last week, several Senate Democrats crossed the aisle to vote against Obama's nomination of Debo Abegdile - the attorney who defended a notorious cop-killer - to the Justice Department. Read more about what will happen if Obama refuses to sign HR 4138.

What this proves is that a number of Senate Democrats are unwilling to throw themselves on a political sword for Obama, because this is an election year. We believe there is a very good chance that HR 4138 will pass in the Senate for this reason.

Another concern for some people is that Obama will just veto this Act if it passes the House and Senate. What many people may not know is that a crack team of attorneys has written Articles of Impeachment against Obama and forwarded those Articles to some select Members of Congress.

These Articles are expertly written and if Obama will not sign the ENFORCE Act into law; he will be brazenly stating that he does not intend to follow the Constitution. If that day comes, it will provide the final ammunition needed to push for full impeachment.

Even some Democrats are fed up with the way Obama is bypassing Congress and ruling on his own.

Find out how you can help with the efforts to pass the ENFORCE Act here. Also, share this link with everyone you know so that they too can be a part of this vital effort to force the Obama Administration and any future Executive branch to follow the constitution and loyally execute the laws enacted by Congress.
