For the weekend - Louisville shows and auditions (June 27 edition)

This time of year is traditionally a slow time of year in terms of number of productions that are premiering. It's understandable, considering that most people are on vacation at this point or, next week, will be celebrating the Fourth of July. However, there are still plenty of varied shows going on, both indoors and out.

Beat the heat with shows indoors from Pandora, The Bard's Town, Theatre 502, C3 PAM, and Derby Dinner. Or, go outdoors and enjoy shows from KY Shakespeare. In the case of C3 PAM and KY Shakespeare, the shows are free (although both certainly accept donations.)

Don't forget about two theatre companies getting ready for late summer/new season runs, including Acting Against Cancer and Whodunnit Murder Mystery Theater. Both have auditions listed below.

KY Shakespeare presents Henry V until at least July 6.

Ongoing shows:

Pandora Productions presents Marry Me a Little until June 29.

The Bard's Town presents Drinking Perfume until June 29.

Theatre 502 presents The 13th of Paris until June 28.

C3 Performing Arts Ministry presents You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown until June 28.

KY Shakespeare presents A Midsummer Night's Dream until July 26.

Derby Dinner Playhouse presents Cash on Delivery until June 29.

Acting Against Cancer holding auditions for Rocky Horror Show on July 6.

Whodunnit Murder Mystery Theatre holding season auditions on July 20.
