West Valley residents and visitors looking for a retro-inspired dining experience should head to Surprise and check out the steakburgers served at Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers.
While steakburgers are the main draw at Freddy’s, this restaurant’s menu is pretty diversified. Savory sandwiches include single, double and even triple burgers, plus grilled chicken, patty melts and a veggie burger.
Vienna beef hot dogs served on toasted and buttered buns come with your choice of toppings; choose from mustard, ketchup, mayo, lettuce, tomato, onions served three ways, sauerkraut, pickles, relish and peppers.
Chicken tenders, chili, cheese fries and onion rings are also available. Children’s meals come as combos – starting at $3.99 – and include burgers, hot dogs, chicken tenders and grilled cheese sandwiches.
The delicious custard that’s served comes as desserts or drinks. Start with a vanilla or chocolate shake and add a mix-in or two for a unique drink. Whether you choose them for a cone, sundae or shake, there are 30 toppings to pick from. Carry-out cartons of custard are available in pint and quart sizes.
Pepsi and Dr. Pepper products are served along with brewed tea. Eat-in and enjoy the retro-inspired red and white decor or grab some Freddy's to go. With locations in the West Valley at 14029 W. Waddell in Surprise, at 1340 Litchfield Road in Goodyear, and at 4929 W Bell Road in Glendale, Freddy's has the West Valley covered.
