Stress relief is within your grasp when you take a timeout with tea for one. Tea parties are not the only occasions to enjoy tea. When you need to relax grab a cup and saucer, hot water and tea and prepare to put your feet up for a quiet and refreshing break.
You don’t need a lot of equipment to make tea for one. A small teapot and strainer (for loose tea) along with sweetener, milk, lemon and assorted tea foodies will turn any break time into afternoon tea. A tea-for-one set is ideal for the occasion.
Purchase tea foodies from a local bakery or gourmet shop and place them on a china plate. While the tea is steeping, cover a desk or table with a linen place-mat or decorative tea cloth; turn on classical or soulful music and relax in a comfortable chair while sipping the tea and enjoying the foodies.

I loved this article. I have just finished my cup of gourmet black tea and biscuit with my feet up in my favorite room in the house. Called my sister and invited her to join me from Atlanta while I enjoy in Cincinnati - we chatted and I felt so good when we finished. Tea for two or more can now be social with all the networks supporting online communication.
