Here's how she succeeded in losing weight and keeping it off:
- Drew began her weight loss plan as a full-fledged vegetarian. However, she was "living on carbs," she told PEOPLE magazine. To lose the weight (more than 20 pounds), Drew shifted to a plan that incorporates more protein and variety.
- She adjusts for diet slips ("I'm the worst dieter," she confessed) with exercise. Drew runs 5 miles at a stretch, 3 times a week.
