One key to a flatter tummy is to stay away from foods that cause bloating. Beating bloating is half the battle. Bloating can be caused by Acid reflux or dyspepsia. Sodium and fat from foods are also a culprit. Foods with very little to no sodium is the way to go for a flatter tummy. Ask yourself to name 5 foods with zero sodium, I'd bet you would name a few foods that you thought were sodium free to find out that they contain sodium after all. All the cardio and ab work in the world won’t give you a flat belly unless you also eat the right foods. You can double down with the right foods to go along with proper exercise and speed up your tummy flattening!
Foods with very little or no Sodium:
Apples, Cherries, Grapefruit, Pears, Blueberries
Un-salted Almonds, Walnuts, Peanuts
Honey has no sodium and is good to eat straight out of the jar.
