Love sushi? Don't miss Jiro Dreams of Sushi, the documentary film about Jiro, a famous sushi chef in Japan, premiering in Boulder at the Boulder International Film Festival on Friday, February 17, at 10 am.
According to the BIFF description, Jiro Dreams of Sushi is
...the story of 85-year-old Jiro Ono, a national treasure of Japan and considered the world's greatest sushi chef. He is the proprietor of Sukiya-bashi Jiro, a 10-seat restaurant in a Tokyo subway station. It is the first sushi restaurant to be awarded a prestigious 3-star Michelin review, and food lovers from around the world call months in advance for a coveted--and expensive--seat at Jiro's sushi bar.
