Soho House will launch Chicken Shop Chicago, a new public restaurant created to celebrate the classic flavors of Rotisserie Chicken, crafted using a specially developed House recipe and cooking method. The restaurant is located on the ground floor of Soho House Chicago, which will open on Monday, August 11th. Chicken Shop is one of four public spaces on site, joining Pizza East, Cowshed Spa and The Allis, and will offer dinner service daily, with brunch available on the weekend. Originally launched in London in 2012, Chicken Shop Chicago marks the restaurant’s first US outpost, joining additional locations in London’s Kentish Town, Tooting and Whitechapel neighborhoods.

ENO Wine Room invites guests to join Certified Sommelier Lee Anderson on Sunday, August 17 for ENOversity, a monthly event series where guests can explore and taste wines from different wine-producing regions of the world. Guests will be able to sample and learn more about a flight of five unique wine varieties that will allow guests to “unthink” how wine is usually made, tasted and perceived.
