Food Science Workshop includes making homemade yogurt and cheese at MSC

What: Discover the deliciousness and versatility of fresh cheese and yogurt at this Introduction to Basic Yogurt and Cheese Making event. This kid-friendly, hands-on workshop will explore the science behind yogurt and cheese making. Participants will learn how to make two traditional cheeses and fresh yogurt and leave with their own samples. There will be time for Q&A included in the workshop.

Did you know? Cheese is high in calcium content and rich in vitamin B. This is especially good for the bones of children, elderly people, and pregnant and lactating women for strengthening bones and cartilages. the vitamin B in cheese helps the body absorb and distribute calcium.
