For example, vitamin B6 can be found in both turkey, beans and spinach. These help to maintain a healthy immune system. Other meats, milk and fish contain vitamin B12 which is known to be a very powerful immune system booster. Zinc can not only be found in meat, turkey, beans but also in nuts. Drinking orange juice is a good way of getting vitamin C. Apple juice can help sooth an irritated throat and especially if it's really cold. Cranberry juice can help prevent other infections from setting in while fighting the flu.
