Food Policy Advisory Council (FPAC) will meet Tuesday April 1, 2014, from 9 to 11 a.m.

The location is Jesse Turner Center Fontana

Discussions will feature Stater Bros market, the largest private employer in both San Bernardino and Riverside Counties, presenting information on their Innovative Food Recycling Programs.

Highlights of the March 4 meeting include Bob Knight’s presentation of FPAC GOALS :

Policies which will support local farmers

Connect farmer directly to eaters

Heritage/taste/ visibility

Food Banks

Looking to purchase locally

FPAC meets on the first Tuesday of each month, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., at various locations in the Inland Empire.
