Are you ready for a throwdown? Oh, one of the questions of the times. On The Food Network, they have this program "Throwdown" where Bobby Flay goes where the best of the best are and challenge them to a cook off, "Throwdown". Bobby wins some and loses some and takes it all in stride. Bobby is a good winner as well as a good loser.
Chances are you have seen Bobby Flay on one of his other programs or on the cover of one of his cookbooks! He has a couple of grilling shows and he is an Iron Chef on Food Networks Iron Chef America program.
Last night, he was featured in a sloppy Joe throwdown in New York City. The food looked so good, it made you hungry! Bobby likes to cook with heat and according to the taste testers, his sloppy Joes had some going on. It seemed the adults liked it more than the dozens of children that were tasting on the site.
All of his hard work paid off last night. Bobby won his challenge.
There have been so many "Throwdowns" that have been enjoyable to see. Some of the fan favorites are:
- Macaroni and cheese
- Meatballs
- Chocolate chip cookies
- Paella
- And
- Chicken and waffles
As Bobby says, "Ask yourself this... Are you ready for a throwdown?

You should have done your homework before writing this because you could have mentioned that Bobby Flay was in Raleigh a few months ago to challenge Ed Mitchell at The Pit to a BBQ Throw Down (it aired last month on Food Network). Ed won!
Yes! That was on last night too! Actually, I knew, but I have a friend who wrote an article on that and I did not want to take away from her.
Just sharing a great sloppy joe recipe:

Fun to watch? I saw this episode, and I thought the sloppy Joe restaurant guys were going to cry when Bobby showed up.
This show is especially cruel to chefs just trying to promote their restaurants. They seem so proud and giddy until Bobby shows up. Then their demeanors visibly change right before our eyes, as if to say "I've been had by the Food Network." It's tough to watch.
to make a fluffy omlet, put 3 eggs in a malt mixer and beat for 3 to 4 minutes then pour into a pan with a lot of butter and cook them. you will see that they will be fluffy and large. another way is to place omlet covered with a ice cube in the oven covered for a few minutes. both ways will create a fluffy omlet.
