Ace of Cakes

Last night on the Food Network, a new episode, Three Ringed Bakery was aired. Chef Duff and his highly talented crew made a six tier cake for Cirque du Soleil. What made it so spectacular was that the bottom layer was a sphere! So all of the other layers sat on top if the circle!
In addition to the "sphere" cake, they made a "Dunny" cake. A dunny is a short, fat bunny looking creature. They have all kinds of silly designs painted over them. The "Dunny" cakes once made, looked just like the actual figurines. Amazing!
