Add cauliflower to your pizza garden this year and you will have the ingredients for a tasty new pizza dough. This low carbohydrate approach of using cauliflower to make a pizza crust can really cut calories when compared to a traditional pizza crust recipe.

1 cup cooked cauliflower, that has been riced or minced
1 large egg
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp oregano
2 tsp dried parsley
To mince or rice the cauliflower, place half a head in a food processor until crumbles to the size of rice. Beat the egg, then add the cauliflower and shredded cheese. Mix, then shape into a circle or rectangle on a piece of parchment paper. Sprinkle with the spices then place on a pizza stone or baking pan. Bake at 450 for 12 to 15 minutes.
Add desired pizza topping such as: pizza sauce, mushrooms, green pepper, onions, cheese, etc. Bake until brown and cheese is bubbly.
