Food for frugal foodies! DC Restaurant Week: Winter 2013

Today starts DC Restaurant Week!

Now, through Sunday, February 10th enjoy one of several three-course prix-fixe options for lunch (*$20.13) and/or dinner (*$35.13) at some of the city's finest dining restaurants.

Here's the line-up of participating restaurants.

I always stress that Restaurant Week is a good time to check out the restaurants that might normally be outside of your price range/meal budget. This is an even better time to reconnect with family and friends that you might have missed during the holidays.

Scrumptious Sidenote: Some restaurants extend their Restaurant Week menus, which gives everyone a chance to check it out (or return for seconds and thirds).

Reservations can be made via OpenTable.com (read: Dining Rewards Points!).

*Price does not include beverage, taxes or gratuity.

So far, Casa Oaxaca in Adams Morgan and Bobby Van's Steakhouse downtown are on my list this go 'round for discount dining.

So. What's on YOUR restaurant radar?
