Food and beverage highlight Savor the Slopes at Keystone this month

Keystone Resort is bringing back its Savor the Slopes for a second year, starting today with the best of food through Feb. 9. Savor the Slopes is a month-long rotating showcase of the resort’s signature restaurants.

Each night throughout the month of February there will be an evening event of wine pairings and cocktail and beer tastings. Weekly themes will showcase the best of food, Feb. 1-9, wine Feb. 10-16, spirits Feb. 17-23 and beer Feb. 24-28. All tastings begin promptly at 4:30 p.m. and are $25 per event. Savor the Slopes is held at various spots at Keystone, including Keystone Ranch, Alpenglow Stube, and a number of bistros, bars and tap houses across the resort. Some of the events on tap this month include Flavor the Alps Fondue in Colorado, Wines of Love, Comparing Vodkas and Colorado Beers.
