Here is a list of Seattle farmers markets organized by day of operation. Most local farmers markets operate from April to October; however, some farmers markets open as late as June, some close in September, and still others remain open through the holidays in December. In the list below, click on each farmers market website link for more details about seasonal opening and closing dates, parking information, and special events. Daily farmers markets open year-round
- Pike Place Market, Pike Place between Pike Street and Virginia Street, open every day, year-around (closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day), 9am - 6pm. No dogs policy.
Weekly farmers markets open year-round
- Saturdays, University District, NE 50thbetween Brooklyn Ave NE and University Way NE, open Saturdays, year-around, 9am - 2pm. No dogs policy.
- Sundays, Ballard, Ballard Avenue NW between 20th NW and 22 NW, open Sundays, year-around, 10am - 3pm. Pet friendly; strict short leash policy.
- Sundays, West Seattle, at “The Junction”, 44th Ave SW & SW Alaska St. (one block west of California Ave SW) , open Sundays, year-around, 10am - 2pm. No dogs policy.
- Sundays, Fremont, 3401 Evanston Avenue North, is a flea market with street food and a some farmers market tables in season, open Sunday year-around, 10am - 5pm. For farm products year-round, visit nearby Ballard farmers market, open Sundays, year-around, 10am - 3pm. Pet friendly; strict short leash policy.
Tuesday farmers markets (seasonal)
- Pike Place Market Express at City Hall Plaza, Fourth Avenue between Cherry and James Streets, open Tuesdays, June – September, 10:00am - 2:00pm.
Wednesday farmers markets (seasonal)
- Columbia City, Edmunds Street between 37th and the alley at 36th (just off of Rainier in the heart of Columbia City) , open Wednesdays, May – October, 3pm - 7pm.
- Wallingford, in the southwest corner of Meridian Park, located at the corner of Meridian Avenue North and North 50th Street. Enter the park along Meridian, off of 50th by the playground; do not access the Market via Sunnyside Avenue North and absolutely no parking in the Good Shepherd Center parking lots. Open Wednesdays, May – September, 3pm - 7pm.
- Farm days on the cobblestones at Pike Place Market, shop from farmers on the cobblestones of Pike Place on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays, June – September. Sundays only, enjoy chef cooking demonstrations at NOON and 2:00 p.m. No dogs policy.
Thursday farmers markets (seasonal)
- South Lake Union a Pike Place Market Express remote site, formerly known as Cascade in the plaza at 410 Terry Avenue North, open Thursdays, June – September, 10:30am-2:30pm.
- FarmBoat, aboard the Virginia V operates at Lake Union Park, 860 Terry Ave N, open Thursdays, May – October, 11am - 3pm. This floating market is run by a cooperative whose mission is to promote delivery of agricultural products between island and coastal community farms to Puget Sound waterfront communities on a regularly scheduled basis.
- Interbay on 15th Avenue West, just north of the Magnolia Bridge, in the parking lot of Whole Foods. June-September, 3pm - 7pm.
- Lake City, next to the Library at NE 125th and 28th Ave NE, open Thursdays, June – October, 3pm - 7pm.
- Queen Anne, West Crockett St at Queen Anne Ave N, open Thursdays, June – October, 4-8pm.
Friday farmers markets (seasonal)
- Madrona, located in the parking lot of Grocery Outlet at Martin Luther King Jr. Way and E Union St, open Fridays, May – September, 3pm - 7pm.
- Phinney at the Phinney Neighborhood Center, 67th and Phinney Ave N, open Fridays, June – October, 3pm - 7pm.
