Tammy "Sunny" Sytch was arrested on Saturday, January 26, 2013 in Branford, Conn. on charges of violating a restraining order after she was found at the residence of fiance Damien Darling.
Sytch completed a second stint in rehab just weeks ago and she then announced she and Darling were engaged and were going to begin working toward leaving the business. Stych had taken to ebay to sell personal items from her career and she and Darling had been taking bookings together.
While Darling and Sytch seem to have reconciled the order of protection was not rescinded and Sytch would be subject to arrest if found at his residence. While the particulars of the arrest are unknown Darling or someone close to him would most likely have had to notify police Sytch was in residence. Sytch has a long history with alcohol abuse, for which Darling has called her "the devil" when she is intoxicated.
The former WWE Diva is being held on $100,000 bond and is still facing a number of misdemeanor and felony charges stemming from earlier arrests involving Darling and their volatile relationship.
