Today we will have partly to mostly sunny skies above. Temperatures are going to remain cooler than normal with highs in the low to mid-40s.

The real weather story today is going to be the wind which will be building through the morning hours. Gusts to 45 mph will be possible in town with higher readings to our east and west.

The mountains and foothills will be under a High Wind Warning tonight; the base of the foothills under a High Wind Watch.

Friday will be bring warmer temperatures but the wind is going to persist. Highs in Denver look to be in the low 50s but with gusts to 35 mph.
