Stop first at the Mass Audubon Long Pasture Wildlife Sanctuary visitor center to find out what birds and other wildlife have been seen lately.
Find out about the new grazing program where goats, sheep and poultry from Cape Cod's Ocean Song Farm are grazing to help manage the sanctuary so mowers aren’t needed.
Or go on the Long Pasture Wildlife Sanctuary Quest, one of eight Mass Audubon sanctuary quests.
Music, food and more overlooking Barnstable Harbor
Folks for Feathers will include some great acoustic music, a raffle of unique donated prizes and food from the Cape Cup Café of Orleans. Those who would rather bring their own picnic to nosh on are welcome to do so and guests are encouraged to bring blankets, lawn chairs or beach chairs to enjoy the music and the view.

The second annual Folks for Feathers concert on Cape Cod will feature music by Greg Greenway, Jake Armerding and Just Another Guru. See if you can spot Long Pasture’s Sanctuary Director Ian Ives in the band!
