Floyd Mayweather Jr. took to social media to blast ex-girlfriend Shantel Jackson and to clear up rumors about why the pair split up. According to the boxing champion, he dumped Jackson after she aborted the twin babies she was carrying. According to a Friday report by B. Scott, Mayweather posted the sonagram picture and ultrasound information to his Facebook and Instagram accounts before promptly taking it back down.

The social media posts made by Floyd Mayweather Jr. were captioned with an explanation of the "real reason" he broke up with Jackson. He says she had an abortion and he doesn't believe in "killing babies."

Now why on earth would someone like Shantel Jackson abort the child or children of Mayweather? The pair have been together for years and having his twins would guarantee a very comfortable life whether they were to stay together or not.

The two have been sparring on social media for a few days now. It all started when Nelly posted a picture of Shantel Jackson to his Instagram account with the caption "#womancrushwednesday." In response, Mayweather posted his own picture of Shantel with the same caption, except his picture showed her with no makeup and looking pretty beat. She then got upset and posted her own photo with the caption, "What women doesn’t have a day like this. The reason why I left!!! It’s been a year now. Don’t you have a fight."

Of course all of those posts and pictures have since been removed from their respective social media accounts but not before screenshots had been taken. It looks like Floyd Mayweather Jr. may have put the KO on the situation with the abortion news. It's certainly not a move Jackson would have expected him to make and it was definitely below the belt.

The on-again, off-again couple are certainly off and it's probably permanent this time. There are a lot of hard feelings between Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Shantel Jackson. It's pretty understandable that Mayweather would take the abortion news very hard and now he's letting everyone know about it.
