Listed below is the report for Wednesday Jan. 30, 2013 morning edition. The reports are generated from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and again from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. on a daily basis. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Floyd County Sheriff's Office.

The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the links to view prior arrests and/or additional details.

Travis Devon Carter, 23, of Rome was arrested by Rome City Police Officer Harrell and charged with carrying a concealed weapon without a license, possession of a weapon during the commission of a crime, possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

Randy Lamar Clowers II, 38, of Rome was arrested by Floyd County Sheriff's Deputy Black and charged with driving on a suspended license.

Cynthia Gay Cooper of Summerville is currently in custody on a hold for Chattooga County.

Michael Jerome Goudelock, 30, of Rome was arrested by Rome City Police Officer Brummitt and charged with theft by shoplifting. Goudelock was released after posting bond.

Nancy Laura Kerns, 53, of Rome was arrested by Floyd County Police Officer Ward and charged with two counts third degree cruelty to children under the Family Violence Act (FVA), criminal trespass and simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA).

Donald Wayne Lashley, 42, of Lindale was arrested on a warrant for felony probation violation.

Jennifer Lynn Pickett, 28, of Rome was arrested on a warrant for felony probation violation.

Natalie Ann Tidwell, 45, of Rome was arrested by Rome City Police Officer Ekey and charged with public drunkenness and felony probation violation.

Lawrence Andrew Wood, 41, of Rome was arrested by Floyd County Police Officer Mitchell and charged with loitering or prowling.

Arrest reports do not reflect the guilt or innocence of the individuals listed. All parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest/charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or acquittal is determined by the court system.
