Listed below is the report for Monday Jan. 28, 2013 morning edition and also contains arrests from Sunday evening.. The reports are generated from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and again from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. on a daily basis. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Floyd County Sheriff's Office.

The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the links to view prior arrests and/or additional details.

Billy Wayne Green, 36, of Rome was arrested today by Rome City Police Officer Harris and charged with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.

Karen Colleen Stewart, 29, of Rome was arrested on 1/27 by Georgia State Trooper Mitchell and charged with driving on a suspended license, driving without headlights after dark and two counts of child seat belt violation.

Bradley Austin Turner, 17, of Rockmart was arrested on 1/27 at Kmart by Rome City Police Officer Thacker and charged with theft by shoplifting.

David Martin Wills, 28, of Rome was arrested on 1/27 by Rome City Police Officer Alamia and charged with driving on a suspended license and improper turn.
