Listed below is the report for Monday Jan. 28, 2013 evening edition. The reports are generated from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and again from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. on a daily basis. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Floyd County Sheriff's Office.
The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the links to view prior arrests and/or additional details.
Britney Nicole Allen, 18, of Cedartown was sentenced per court order.
Andrew Chester Armstrong, 30, of Rome was arrested by Rome City Police Officer Smith and charged with driving on a suspended license and no proof of insurance.
Mark William Clark, 41, of Andrews N.C., was arrested on a warrant for felony probation violation.
Freida Denise Henderson, 26, of Rome surrendered to authorities on a warrant for felony probation violation.
John Randy Hudgins, 45, of Rome was arrested by Floyd County Sheriff's Deputy Parton and charged with willful obstruction of a law enforcement officer and parole violation.
Adrian Leinaer Moore, 21, of Rome was arrested on a warrant for felony probation violation.
Susanita Pizano, 33, of Cedartown was arrested on a warrant for deposit account fraud.
Jason Jackson Wallace, 33, of Rome was arrested by Floyd County Sheriff's Deputy Parton due to a bond drop on original charges of third degree forgery, residential forced entry burglary.
Vito Troy Woodley, 32, of Charlotte N.C., was arrested by Floyd County Sheriff's Deputy Salter on a warrant for felony probation violation.
