Listed below is the report for Thursday Jan. 24, 2013 evening edition. The reports are generated from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and again from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. on a daily basis. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Floyd County Sheriff's Office.
The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the links to view prior arrests and/or additional details.
Bryant Andrade, 17, of Cedartown was arrested by Rome Police Officer Kerce per court order. See also (1//1/2013)
Michael Anthony Babb, 46, of Lindale was arrested by Floyd County Police Officer Williams and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA)
Destin Skye Brock, 21, of Rome was arrested on a warrant for contempt of court regarding child support.
Jeffery Matthew Cagle, 34, of Rome was arrested by Floyd County Sheriff's Deputy Whitfield on a warrant charging him with a felony to tattoo a person under 18 years of age, felony reckless conduct, felony theft by taking, criminal solicitation, knowingly removing or circumventing operation of electronic monitoring device.
Jason Neal Edwards, 26, of Rome was arrested on a parole violation.
Michael Floyd Edwards, 59, of Rome was arrested by Rome City Police Officer Jones per court order.
Jeffery Harlin Hayes, 48, of Rome was arrested by Rome City Police Officer Kerce per court order.
Bryan Lee House, 22, of Rome was arrested on a warrant for felony probation violation.
James Arthur Jackson, 43, of Silver Creek was arrested on a misdemeanor probation violation warrant.
Samuel Keith Maynor, 30 of Rome was arrested on a felony probation violation.
Jaclyn Nicole Millican, 34, of Rome was arrested on a warrant for felony probation violation.
Shirley Yvonne Sellers, 46, of Calhoun was arrested by Floyd County Sheriff's Deputy Pledger on a warrant for giving false information to a law enforcement officer, false statements and/or writings in matter of government.
Ciara Shrylle Stewart, 24 of Rome was arrested by Rome City Police Officer Hunter and charged with disorderly conduct. Stewart bonded out and was released.
Karo Thomas Winn, 23, of Lindale was arrested on a warrant for felony probation violation.
