Listed below is the report for Tuesday Jan. 22, 2013 evening edition. The reports are generated from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and again from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. on a daily basis.

The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the links to view prior arrests and/or additional details.
Lauren Alisa Atkins, 22, of Rome was arrested by Floyd County Sheriff's Deputy Glass on a bench warrant issued by the Floyd County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear and a hold for Carroll County.
Jeffery Thomas Bagley, 33, of Rome was arrested by Rome City Police Officer Kidd and charged with theft by shoplifting.
Jason Kendall Bearden, 39, of Dallas was arrested by Floyd County Sheriff's Deputy Watkins on a warrant for contempt of court regarding child support and felony probation violation.
Jamar Shantay Finley, 29, of Rome was arrested on a warrant for felony probation violation.
Caitlin Victoria Garrett, 19, of Summerville was arrested on a warrant issued by Chattooga County Sheriff's Office.
Sandra Karen Gilreath, 60, of Rome was sentenced.
Ronald Allan Koehler, 51, of Rome was arrested by Floyd County Sheriff's Deputy Schwartz on a misdemeanor warrant for endangering security interest.
Kimberly Dawn Rogers, 30, of Rome was arrested by Floyd County Sheriff's Deputy Black and charged with driving on a suspended license and failure to yield right of way.
Matthew Kyle Roberts, 22, of Rome was arrested by Floyd County Police Officer Hunton on a felony warrant issued by Floyd County forced entry burglary of a residence.
Quenton Devon Scrutchins, 38, of Decatur was arrested on a felony warrant for probation violation.
Terry Lee Smith Sr., 51, of Rome was arrested by Rome City Police Officer Bowden and charged with possession of methamphetamine and driving on a suspended license.
Joshua Dairl Umphrey, 25, of Rome was arrested on a warrant for parole violation.
