Floyd County Ga. arrest report dated Jan. 19, 2013 evening edition (Photos)

Floyd County arrest reports will now be published in addition to the Polk County arrest reports.

The following arrest reports are compiled from the Floyd County Sheriff's Office intake report.

Listed below is the report for Saturday Jan. 19, 2013 evening edition. The reports are generated from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m and again from 8 p.m to 8 a.m. on a daily basis.

Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Floyd County Sheriff's Office.

The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the links to view prior arrests and/or additional details.

Tracy Dewayne Barksdale, 41, of Trion is in custody on a hold for Chattoga County.

Timothy Lee Burton, 53, was arrested by Rome Police Officer Goresh and charged with pedestrians soliciting rides and soliciting businesses and city drunkenness.

Debbie Hatcher, 49, of Rome was arrested by Rome Police Officer Green and charged with second degree damage to business property, burglary (forced entry) and aggravated stalking.

John Daniel Whatley, 32, of Silver Creek was arrested by Floyd County Police Officers Flowers and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of cocaine and possession with intent to distribute marijuana.

Michael David Yates, 18, of Calhoun was arrested and charged with criminal trespass.
