Listed below is the report for Tuesday Feb. 5, 2013. The reports are generated from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and again from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. on a daily basis. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Floyd County Sheriff's Office.

The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the links to view prior arrests and/or additional details.

Tammy Lynette Austin, 39, of Rome was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant for probation violation. see also (12/11/2012) (2/17/2011) (10/26/2010) (3/23/2010) (2/16/2010)

Gregory Lee Causey, 32, of Cedartown was arrested by Floyd County deputies on a warrant for failure to appear. See also (1/8/2013) (1/7/2013) (12/23/2012) (7/11/2012) (7/22/2012) (3/7/2012)

David Alan Fendley, 24, of Canton was arrested and charged with criminal trespass.

Kendell Joann Garner, 19, of Rome was arrested by Floyd County Sheriff's Deputy Oliver and charged with second degree cruelty to children causing excessive physical or mental pain.

Eddie Lee Johnson, 70, of Rome was arrested by Rome City Police Officer Brummitt and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence act (FVA).

Jimmy Lane Massingill, 20, of Rome was arrested by Floyd County Sheriff's Deputy Holtzclaw on a misdemeanor probation violation. See also (1/18/2013)

Jonathan Matthew McGill, 27, of Rome was arrested by Rome City Police Officer Brummitt and charged with driving on a suspended license and expired tag.

Cynthia Amanda Narmore, 36, of Trion is being held for Chattooga County.

Brandon Carl Porter, 27, of Lindale was arrested by Floyd County Sheriff's Deputy Black and charged with fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer for a felony charge, speeding in excess of maximum limits, driving on the wrong side of the roadway, passing in a no passing zone, reckless driving, failure to maintain lane, obscuring license plate, driving on an expired tag, five counts of stop sign violation, two counts felony theft by taking ,theft by taking a motor vehicle and a warrant issued out of Polk County.

Robert Dennis Tallen Jr., 52, of Lindale was arrested by Floyd County Sheriff's Deputy Parton on a fugitive from justice warrant. (No photo available)

George William Cody Womack, 30, of Rome was arrested on a warrant for felony probation violation.
