Listed below is the Floyd County arrest report for Tuesday Feb. 19, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, prior arrests, bonding information and inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Floyd County Sheriff's Office.

Rhonda Barton, 42, of Rome was arrested and charged with drugs not in original container, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, felony probation violation and a hold for Chattooga County.
Rashonda Monique Chatman, 22, of Rome was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant for probation violation. See also (1/31/2013)
Sharanda Nashey Conner, 25, of Rome was surrendered to authorities on a misdemeanor warrant for theft by shoplifting and probation violation.
Michael Anthony Gaines, 43, of Rome was arrested on a warrant for parole violation and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
Shaquinne Tyrone Gallimore, 24, of Rome was arrested and charged with criminal trespass.
Corey Jermone Heaven, 28, of Bradenton, Fla., was arrested and charged with driving without a license and speeding in excess of maximum limits.
Erica Lindsay Horovitz, 29, of Cave Spring was arrested and charged with giving false information to an officer of the law, and four counts probation violation.
Roosevelt Starling, 65, of Rome was arrested and charged with public drunk and disorderly conduct.
Edward Stephen Thompson, 24, of Rome was arrested and charged with DUI-alcohol, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, crossing guard line with intoxicants and failure to maintain lane.
Anthony Jerrad Thurmond, 22, of Rome was arrested and charged with two counts financial transaction card fraud.
Timothy Dewayne Witt, 43, of Rome was arrested and charged with possession of meth and possession and use of drug related objects.
