Listed below is the Floyd County arrest report for Monday Feb. 18, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, prior arrests, bonding information and inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Floyd County Sheriff's Office.

Demeatrice C. Askew, 21, of Rome was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, pointing or aiming a gun at another, possession and carrying a concealed weapon without a license and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
James Walter Baker, 30, of Rome was arrested and charged with terroristic threats and acts.
Philemon Marcus Bowles Jr., of Rome was arrested and charged with public drunk, obstruction and felony probation violation.
Jasper Brewster, 41, of Rome was arrested and charged with public drunk under the city ordinance.
Calvin Broome Jr., 27, of Rome was arrested on a felony warrant for probation violation.
Eugene Douglas Gresham, 44, of Rome was sentenced per court order.
Ronald Latham King Sr., 56, of Rome was arrested and charged with simple assault under the Family Violence act (FVA) and terroristic threats and acts.
Whitney Deneen Moose was arrested in Summerville on 2/17 and charged with possession of meth, possession of meth with intent to distribute, possession of schedule IV drug lorazepam, possession of schedule IV drug with intent to distribute possession of drug related objects and crossing guard lines with drugs.
Paul Zachery Mull, 24, of Rome was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.
Brandon Kevin Ogle, 19, of Summerville was arrested and charged with DUI-alcohol under 21, driving without a license, following too closely, windshield violation and no proof of insurance.
Brandice Michelle Scherer, 27 was arrested in Summerville and charged with misdemeanor theft by taking.
Stephen Michael Shuler, 26, of Shannon was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, possession with intent to distribute marijuana and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
Natasha Amanda Terry, 30, of Rome was arrested and charged with two counts misdemeanor theft by taking.
Sherrill Marie Timmons, 54, of Summerville was re-arrested due to a bond drop for superior court probation violation on original charge of possession of meth and possession of marijuana.
