Listed below is the Floyd County arrest report for Sunday Feb. 17, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, prior arrests, bonding information and inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Floyd County Sheriff's Office.

Julio Vasquez Aguilar, 30, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving without a license and child safety restraint violations.
Walter Vicente Alcon, 24, of Canton was arrested and charged with driving without a license and speeding in excess of maximum limits.
Darryl James Chatman, 46, of Rome was arrested and charged with driving without a license.
Charles Jeffrey Dupree, 52, of Rome was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and obstruction of law enforcement officers.
William Craig Fortune, 44, of Silver Creek was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license and theft by receiving stolen property.
Ashley Rene Panchal, 25, of Rome was arrested and charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana, driving under the influence of drugs, safety belt violation and driving without license in possession.
Wayne Ira Reynolds Jr., 33, of Silver Creek was arrested and charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
Ayeisha Shappell Stewart, 30, of Rome turned herself in on a warrant for contempt of court regarding child support.
Brittney Danielle Tate, 27, of Piedmont Ala., was sentenced.

Kimberly Ann Williamson, 19, of Lindale was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear.
