Listed below is the Floyd County arrest report for Saturday Feb. 16, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, prior arrests, bonding information and inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Floyd County Sheriff's Office.

Robert Marquez Barnett, 22, of Rome was arrested and charged with sudden snatching robbery, rape and parole violation.
Randall Travon Bryant, 53, of Silver Creek was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant for battery under the Family Violence act (FVA).
Timothy Caleb Chambers, 21, of Rome was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license and operating an unsafe vehicle.
Michael Darnell Daise, 25, of Rome was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license and driving without headlights on after dark.
Ricky Elton Hampton, 50, of Rome was arrested and charged with criminal trespass and public drunk.
Wendy Yanleth Henriquez-Cortez, 33, of Rome was arrested and charged with driving without a license.
Ricky Howard Mann, 33, of Taylorsville was arrested on a felony warrant for probation violation.
Gary Shayne Phillips, 36, of Rome was arrested and charged with possession of dangerous drugs, drugs not in original container, possession and use of drug related objects and driving under the influence of alcohol.
Jose Edilfo Ramirez-Diaz, 22, of Collinsville, Ala., was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on an expired tag, driving on a suspended license and a warrant for felony failure to appear.
Ronnie Delane Roach Jr., 32, of Rome was arrested on a warrant for felony probation violation.
Ollie Trujillo Towers, 41, of Rome was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to maintain lane.
