The Northwest Georgia Crime Examiner personally compiles arrest reports that cover Polk, Floyd and Haralson Counties.

Listed below is the Floyd County arrest report for Friday Feb. 15, 2013. The report includes a complete list of arrests, prior arrests, bonding information and inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Floyd County Sheriff's Office.

The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the embedded links to view prior arrests and/or any additional details regarding the individuals listed.

The arrest reports within this list do not reflect the actual guilt or innocence of the individual or individuals listed. All parties are presumed innocent until they are proven guilty in a court of law. Not every arrest or charge leads to a conviction. A conviction or an acquittal will be determined by the court system.

Allen Darnell Akins, 48, of Rome was arrested on a warrant for felony probation violation.

Randall Rayford Davenport Jr., 28, of Silver Creek was arrested and charged with willful obstruction of law enforcement officers, prohibited parking, driving on a suspended license and false report of a crime.

Randall Rayford Davenport Sr., 54, of Rome was arrested and charged with false report of a crime and willful obstruction of law enforcement officers.

Amber Rose Douglas, 17, of Rome was arrested and charged with misdemeanor theft by shoplifting.

Rodney Waylon Driggers, of Silver Creek was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of drugs and failure to maintain lane.

Randy Edward, 47, of Rome was arrested on warrants for two counts insurance fraud and second degree arson.

Thomas William Ellis, 51, of Rome was arrested and charged with aggravated sexual battery, strong-arm rape and felony probation violation.

Malcolm D. Garrett, 20, of Rome was arrested and charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Alfredia Charlene Jones, 31, of Rome was arrested and charged with misdemeanor theft by shoplifting.

Jonathan Lamar Lawrence, 40, of Rome was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant for probation violation.

Julie Ann Mashburn, 42, of Dallas was arrested and charged with theft by taking.

Jamal May, 26, of Rome was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant for probation violation.

Quentin Lydell Nelson, 32, of Rome was arrested and charged with driving without a license, failure to stop at railroad crossing and probation violation.

Jamie Lynn Oakes, 20, of Rome was arrested and charged with misdemeanor theft by shoplifting.

Alexis Reyes Ochoa, 18, of Rome was arrested on a felony warrant for failure to appear.

William Early Padilla, 52, of Fort Myers, Fla., was arrested and charged with second degree criminal damage to business property, obstruction, two counts of first degree forgery, felony obstruction by resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

Heather Pruitt, 19, of Armuchee was arrested and charged with misdemeanor theft by shoplifting.

Nicole Marie Shaw, 33, of Rome was arrested and charged with possession of a schedule IV controlled substance and drugs not in original container.

Jeffery Daniel Smith, 50, of Gray was arrested on warrants for driving under the influence of alcohol and open container violation.

Willie Jerome Wells, 52, of Rome was arrested and charged with driving without license in possession, safety belt violation, operating an unsafe vehicle and probation violation.
