Authorities in Orlando Florida are looking for a thief who reportedly took a car from outside an Orlando hotel parking lot that had two toddlers strapped into their car seats.

According to NBC Miami, the car was taken from a Ramada Inn located off John Young Parkway, in Orlando on Sunday night.

The children, who are 1 and 3 years old, were found on a sidewalk, still buckled in their car seats, about a mile away from the Ramada Inn Sunday night. Both the thief and the car were gone.

Evidently the thief was unaware the children were strapped in their car seats in the back of the car.

Police reported the children were not harmed and have been reunited with their mother. No further details were immediately available.

Orlando police are asking anyone with any information to call Crimeline at 1-800-423-TIPS.
