The stellar line-up for the Blues Festival features headliner Kenny Wayne Shepherd, a premier blues musician. Also on the bill are Rick Estrin and the Nightcats, with special guest Little Charlie. Rick Estrin was awarded the Blues Foundation’s prestigious Blues Music Award for Best Harmonica Player. Popa Chubby, Samantha Fish, and others will also perform.
Concession vendors will be on hand to sell food and drinks for the day. No outside food or beverages may be brought into the fairgrounds. Guests should bring their own lawn chairs or blanket to sit on, as no seating is provided.
Sarasota Fairgrounds are reasonably accessible to wheelchairs. Sidewalks and paved paths lead to concessions and grab bar-equipped restrooms. The ground is relatively level.
Tickets for the Florida Blue Blues and Music Festival may be purchased online at FloridaBluesAndMusic.com, or by cash only at the Sarasota Fairgrounds Main Office.
